Your data, handled with care.

The short version: right now we only collect your email address, so we can tell you when Clarra opens. We never sell it. You can leave the list or ask us to delete your email at any time.
Who we are
Clarra Health ("Clarra", "we", "us") is building an AI health companion for women in perimenopause and menopause. Clarra is in development and not yet available. This policy covers this website and our waitlist.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Which signup form you used on this page, so we know what's working.
- Your name, email and message if you use our contact form.
We don't ask for health information on this website, and we don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To email you about Clarra's early access, launch and product updates.
- To reply to messages you send us through the contact form.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. We use your email only for these purposes, and we never sell or rent it.
Where it's stored
Waitlist signups and contact messages are processed by Formspree, a form service whose servers may be located outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country. We share your information only with service providers who help us run the waitlist, and only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you're on the waitlist. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Send us a message through the contact form and we'll respond within 30 days.
When the app launches
The Clarra app will handle health information, which deserves stronger protection. Before launch, we'll publish a full privacy policy covering the app, and we'll ask for your consent before collecting any health data.
